Susan Rogers holds a position of Accountant with AHR.  She graduated with a degree in Accounting from Sam Houston State University. Susan has over 20 years accounting and bookkeeping experience in various industries and is proficient in QuickBooks, SAP among other programs. She is a problem solver with attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Susan is responsible for payroll, taxes, bookkeeping and other accounting duties and support to our clients.

Jill Wideman is a seasoned professional with over 25 years’ experience in HR, operations, training, and customer service. With a background as a business owner and operations manager, she is equipped with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach to improving efficiency, productivity, and team performance.  She specializes in building high-performing teams and aligning operations with organizational goals.

 Wendy Van Loo is a Human Resources Assistant, bringing more than 25 years of diverse experience spanning business ownership, hospitality management, and customer service. She holds a professional certificate in Culinary Arts from the California School of Culinary Arts and leverages her extensive background to understand and address the varied needs of different businesses. Wendy is committed to fostering positive workplace environments and strives to make a meaningful impact through her support and collaboration with every team she joins.

 Elizabeth Magrini is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR operations, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. With over 15 years of experience supporting organizations across multiple industries, she is passionate about creating positive workplace cultures and helping businesses build strong, engaged teams. Elizabeth specializes in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and policy implementation, ensuring both employees and organizations thrive. Fluent in English and Spanish, she combines strategic HR expertise with a people-focused approach to support business growth and employee success.  

 Deajonae Davis brings over 10 years of Human Resources experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, Talent Management, Compensation, and DEI across technology, distribution, e-commerce, healthcare, and beyond. She has worked in competitive environments ranging from small businesses to large corporations, navigating mergers and acquisitions, building out teams, implementing procedures, and streamlining processes. Her focus on structure and strategy allows her to bring clarity and consistency to HR challenges while keeping people at the center of every decision. 

Cynthia has been a valued member of the AHR team for the past year, bringing over 10 years of experience in education and a strong background in occupational therapy. She is bilingual in Spanish and English, allowing her to effectively support and communicate with a diverse workforce. Cynthia’s experience, compassion, and organizational skills make her a key contributor to the HR team and workplace environment.
